1. Introduction

   Welcome to the Anomali Coffee Mobile Application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

   To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

   To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the App

   The App allows you to order takeaway coffee from Anomali Coffee. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

5. Ordering and Payment

   When you place an order through the App, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by Anomali Coffee. Payment for orders must be made through the payment methods available on the App. Anomali Coffee reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time.

6. Product Availability and Pricing

   All products listed on the App are subject to availability. Anomali Coffee reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for products are subject to change without notice.

7. Delivery and Pickup

   Orders placed through the App are available for takeaway, delivery via GoSend, and delivery via Grab. You are responsible for picking up your order at the designated Anomali Coffee location or ensuring availability to receive the delivery at your provided address. Anomali Coffee is not responsible for any delays or issues related to order pickup or delivery services provided by GoSend or Grab.

8. Intellectual Property

   All content and materials on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Anomali Coffee or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content or materials from the App without prior written permission from Anomali Coffee.

9. Privacy

   Your use of the App is subject to Anomali Coffee's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anomali Coffee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or any products ordered through the App.

11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anomali Coffee, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

    Anomali Coffee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

13. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
