1. What is the Anomali Coffee Mobile Application?

   The Anomali Coffee application allows you to order and pay through your mobile phones, stay connected with Anomali Coffee Membership Program and search for nearby Anomali Coffee shops.

2. What platforms are supported?

   The app is available for iOS 8+ and Android 4.2+.

3. Where can I get the app from?

   You can download Application from Google Play Store and iOS AppStore.

4. Do I need to pay for this application?

   No, application is free of charge.

5. How do I register?

   You can simply register with your e-mail and it will connect with your Anomali Coffee membership account.

6. Can I use my existing Anomali Coffee membership account?

   Yes! You can sign in directly with your Anomali Coffee membership email and password without re-registering.

7. What if I have multiple devices?　

   You can be sign into your Anomali Coffee account and use all of the application features on all your devices at the same time.

8. How do I pay for orders that I made through the app?

   After you sign into the app, you can top up your account using your credit card (maximum top up amount is IDR 1,000,000). Orders you placed through the app will be paid from your Anomali Coffee account.

9. Do I still earn Stamps for my transaction?

   Yes, you will still earn Stamps from your mobile transactions.

10. Can I use my mobile app to redeem my Stamps?

    Not at the moment. You can only redeem them at our physical stores.
